Nowadays even small children have video cameras with them. But In which decade home-use portable video camera became available in SAARC countries (South-Asia)? Which decade did SAARC countries' (South-Asian subcontinent's) middle-class got access to portable video camera? And can someone tell more about when and how the common South Asians began using video cameras at home?
